Human Resources Minister M Kula Segaran says the government is considering establishing a standalone act to govern domestic workers in the country.
Speaking in a question-and-answer session after his speech at the 1st National Conference on Anti-Trafficking in Persons here today, he said the government is discussing the matter with the relevant stakeholders.
“We are just at the initial stages, so we can have a special act to govern domestic workers,” he added
